They clean and check my jewelry at no cost and are very thorough in their inspection. I trust them with everything I have. I will Karat Patch is our favorite go to jewelry store in Redding, Ca. Christine and her staff are always ready to assist with either a new purchase, a repair or redesign of jewelry.

We went to 4 different places to find our wedding bands. This store is far ahead in service, creativity and professionalism compared to all the others stores.

They were able to find a perfect solution for both of us and in the end they were the less expensive ones. What I too really liked was that they gave as an offer on paper and that they kept their prices.

I had to get my ring resized to a 10 for my fiancees engagement ring and they did it for about 70 dollars and cleaned it as well.
