What i'm guessing is the CAS role which was installed first by iteself has created it's own Cert, then two days later i put on the Hub role, which created another Cert.

We're experiencing the exact same issue. At this stage i don't see any changes made specifically on the Checkpoints regarding the MTU. I'm still looking into that. Once again, i'm not sure if this is different on the other end. I will have to get them to check. I usually delete the self-created certs when I install the public certs on my customer Exchange installations.

I do that just to keep things clean so later on when I look at it, I don't have to wonder which certs are which. On the remote Computer Accounts in the other child2.
