The cost of a three-year license is not discounted; businesses will pay three times their regular yearly license fee for a three-year license. Businesses must meet specific requirements to be eligible for this discount.

Depending on your business location, some counties and towns may also require business licenses. Check with local and county offices to see if your area requires additional licenses. Some business types require licensing from additional state agencies as well. Businesses without Employees do not need to register with the Division of Unemployment Insurance or the Division of Workers Compensation.

If you've already registered your business with Delaware Division of Revenue, you can create an account or log in to the new One Stop to renew, modify, add or close your business licenses. Division of Revenue licenses are issued by calendar year. You can renew each year, or you can choose a three-year renewal option. If you have grown from zero employees to one or more employees, you will need to open a withholding account with the Division of Revenue and also register as an employer with the Division of Unemployment Insurance and the Office of Workers' Compensation with the Delaware Department of Labor.

One Stop does not support professional, municipal, county or other types of licenses at this time. You will need to renew these separately.

Unless inconsistent with Delaware law, the provisions of Sections A An individual who is the single member of a non-electing limited liability company LLC conducting business in this State shall be subject to the filing requirements of Title 30 of the Delaware Code for all years in which the LLC conducts business within this State.

B A corporation which is a single member of a non-electing limited liability company LLC conducting business in this state shall file corporation income tax and business license and gross receipts tax returns for all such years in which the LLC does business in this state.
